Security, retention and your privacy choices
Security measures
Cardemble takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The measures appropriate to a particular situation can vary according to the information involved and the service being used. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you have a privacy concern about information you have shared with us, please contact [email protected].
Retention and deletion
We may keep personal information only for as long as is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, resolve issues or maintain appropriate records. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete it or de-identify it where practicable. The appropriate period can depend on the nature of the information, the reason it was collected and any obligations that apply at the relevant time.
Access, correction and communication preferences
You may ask to access or correct personal information Cardemble holds about you, or ask us to stop non-essential communications where applicable.
To make a request, email [email protected] with enough information for us to understand what you need. We may need to verify your identity before responding. In some circumstances, we may decline or limit a request where permitted by law; if appropriate, we will explain our reasons. We will consider each request in a practical and proportionate way, taking account of the information involved and applicable privacy requirements.
